Our Founder

About the Founder

BluePrint Creative Partners was founded by Jake Chase, an executive leader and consultant with years of experience guiding organizations through growth, strategy, and high-stakes decision-making.

Jake began his career in the nonprofit sector, serving as an Executive Director and working closely with Boards of Directors to lead organizations through periods of change, funding growth, and strategic planning. These roles provided firsthand experience in leadership, governance, and the realities of communicating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

In 2021, Jake founded Chase Consulting Solutions, a grant consulting and strategy firm built to support mission-driven organizations. Since its founding, the firm has grown to a team of 30+ consultants, supporting clients nationwide and reinforcing the importance of clarity, structure, and strong communication at every level of an organization.

BluePrint Creative Partners was created as a natural extension of this work—bringing a consulting-informed approach to brand identity, pitch decks, and presentation design. The studio reflects a belief shaped by years of leadership experience: when ideas are structured clearly, organizations are better positioned to align, decide, and move forward with confidence.
